The Analyst will support the Bright Meadow Team’s Research & Analytics and Investor Relations & Business Development function.
Key Responsibilities:
− Shadow tracking, monitoring and reporting on investor information packets such as investor concentration, composition, capital activity, balances, fees, IRR, etc.;
− Researching, analysing, and reporting on industry trends and competitor performance;
− Track market data on Bloomberg and build visuals summarizing key trends for the team;
− Liaising with all members of the Bright Meadow Team to assist with the development of materials and analytics;
− Assisting with investor due diligence questionnaires and related requests and managing and updating the questionnaire database system (Qvidian) to ensure accurate and up to date;
− Maintaining all investor distribution lists in the Client Relations Management (CRM) database and distributing investor reporting via the CRM system;
− Preparing, updating maintaining, and disseminating routine investor reporting such as monthly investor performance and portfolio related reports, and weekly/monthly investor performance estimates for the Team’s evergreen, hedge fund-style strategies and bespoke accounts;
− Preparing, updating, maintaining, and disseminating monthly marketing materials such as marketing presentations, tear sheets, and due diligence questionnaires;
− Managing fund reporting across various databases;
− Aiding in the creation of presentations and commentaries / primers for existing and prospective investors;
− Aiding in the coordination and preparation of materials for existing and prospective investors calls and meetings;
− Preparing ad hoc requests from other members of Bright Meadow Team
Education, Skills, & Experience:
− B.S. or B.A. from a 4‐year college or university
− Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)
− Strong Excel skills with familiarity and experience with a wide array of formulas and functions
− VBA knowledge to improve Excel tools as well as Python to create dashboards of key information
− Forward thinking, problem-solving mentality when faced with new tasks and complex problems
− Organized, detail‐oriented, accurate, motivated, team player
− Genuine interest in and intellectual curiosity related to financial markets
− Works well under pressure with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload while adhering to strict deadlines
− Preference will be given to candidates with Bloomberg and SQL experience and structured product knowledge

− Terms of employment: Full-time, hybrid-schedule

− Salary: $70,000 to $80,000, commensurate with experience*
